Thank you for all your superb advice when we came to see you last Saturday. Our older bird whom we inherited with hronic scaly leg mite is now looking a whole lot better thanks to your direction and our other girls are fully protected.
I thought you might like to know that George and Mildred have settled in with our other birds, Gemma and Betty superbly and are now enjoying their new surroundings.
We are now in the process of extending our coop so that we can accomodate a couple of Fenton Blues, names still to be decided.

Hi,
The girls seem happy at their new home, they all have names now HENrietta (I couldn\'t resist that one!), Blossom, Roxy and Ruby. They\'re becoming more relaxed with our contact each day and even pecked the dog on the nose when he got too close to the pen, so hopefully the dog has the message \"Don\'t mess with us girls or else!\"
I\'m still on edge when they come in to the garden as I have this vision of them fluttering off in to next doors garden.
So far so good........

Hi Janette
Just wanted to let you know that our amber and brown links have settled in really well.
They are really enjoying our garden especially the bark chippings which they scratch through for hours.
We had no problems putting them to bed, just as you promised they sorted themselves out all we had to do was close the door.
Thank-you for all your advice on Saturday. Your a star.

Hello Janette
Just to let you know that the Crewe girls have settled in well. We are all impressed by how friendly the hens are. Each morning they peck on the patio window whilst we are having breakfast. They have been no trouble. We have let them roam about the garden whilst we are in and put them in the run when out.
They have started to take themselves to bed at dusk.
The children love them and Sam gets up to let them out of the coup in the morning. Jamie likes feeding them too.
Thanks for all your help and advice. We did send an email with photographs of the hens.

Hi Janette,
Thought i'd just let you know that my two girls have spent their first night with us and seem very happy. They are out and about and although the other two were curious and there has been the odd peck nothing major has happened. Lola (the amber link) is the quietest and Hannah( the brown link) is becoming her big sis following her every where she goes. Thankyoui for your help with choosing them. I will be in touch to let you know how they are doing.

We had five lovely hens from you just over a month ago, two copperblacks, a bluebelle, a light sussex and an amber. I am thrilled to bits with them. So far we\'ve had 10 eggs, mostly from the copperblacks and I can identify their eggs easily. The others are harder. Any clues? I can\'t thank you enough for the hens which have been a wonderful addition to our family.

Hi janette just wanted to let you know our three chickens Lottie, Harriet and Sasha have settled in great. We came two weeks ago in the rain with my teenage daughter who absolutely adores them. They are really comical and just as you said one is the boss (Harriet) one is the clown (Sasha) and one is affectionate (Lottie) but they are one of the family now and wander around outside and in as if they have lived here all their lives. We love them all, they are brilliant thank you for all your advice it was very helpful.

Hi Janette,
I just wanted to say a huge "thank you" to you for all the help and advice you gave me when choosing my chickens.
I picked up "my girls" last week, and they have settled in very well - pecking order already established, with very little fuss! They are so funny to watch and absloutely go mad for "spaghetti worms" Great entertainment.
I look forward to my first batch of eggs as my reward!!
I certainly recommend you to anyone who is thinking of having chickens!!
Kind regards,
Lizzie George and Francesca Burda
